- Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason
you are not satisfied with the product (excluding reeds, cane, custom
shaperforms and custom profiling machine templates) return it
within 14 days of receipt in original condition for a full merchandise refund
(refunds exclude shipping and handling fees). Returned orders totaling
more than $50 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Reed and Cane Exclusion:
All tube canes, reeds and
processed canes may not be returned for refund or exchange. Reeds that may have been damaged in
shipment can be replaced by returning the damaged reeds with a request for
replacement. Reeds that have been damaged after
being removed from their cases will not be replaced.

Payment:
Methods of Payment -
All orders must be prepaid by check, money
order or credit card. Shipment of the order will occur when the check
or credit card purchase has been cleared/ authorized. We do not ship COD. We
do NOT accept cash payments by mail.

Shipment:
Your order will usually be shipped within
3 business days upon receipt of payment. Reed
orders take one to two weeks to fill based upon the supply on hand and the
demand.
Reeds ‘N
Stuff
products are shipped from
Germany and may take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Please allow an extra 2 weeks for custom shaperform and
profiling machine templates. Standard shipment for domestic orders
are via USPS Priority Mail. If you
wish to have Express Delivery and/or a tracking number for your package you must
indicate this preference on the order form or when you place the order via
telephone. We will try to notify
you if there is any delay in your order.

Spyderco® products (except the sharpeners
listed in the OboeStuff "Knives & Sharpeners" pages) are excluded from
the above policies. Spyderco® products are
non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Spyderco®
Warranty:
Knives are designed as
cutting tools. Use of your knife for any purpose other than cutting is
considered abuse. As with any cutting tool, you may exploit their value
prematurely or they may fail to perform if not used or cared for properly.
Spyderco warrants that all of their products are free from defects in material
and workmanship. Spyderco’s warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse,
misuse, improper handling, alteration, accident, neglect, disassembly, or
improper sharpening. If a knife fails to function as it was designed we
will examine its condition upon its return to Spyderco (address can be
obtained from OboeStuff), identify why it failed and respond in an appropriate
manner. If they determine that there is a defect in the manufacture or
materials they will gladly repair, or replace that product with the same model
or one of equal value. If the problem is determined not to be caused by
defect in manufacture or materials they will inform you of the cost for
repair. Upon agreement and payment they will perform the repair. If they
are unable to improve the condition of the knife, they will return it to you
with the recommendation that it be retired from use.
